The room stank of cigarette smoke, significantly affecting comfort. There isn't a proper view as advertised due to a lack of windows, and external noise permeates from the often-busy street. The bathroom had severe plumbing issues. flushing the toilet led to an overflow situation, a problem worsened by the depleting hot water supply, leaving showers lukewarm at best. Additionally, flies and gnats became an unnecessary nuisance, each arrival allowing them to infiltrate the space. Communication was tricky with limited staff availability, creating concerns in case of emergencies.

We stayed in a spacious room that comfortably fit our large family. The proximity to the city center was perfect, allowing us to explore Naples with the kids easily. The staff provided great tips for family-friendly spots which made our limited time even more enjoyable.
