also, the breakfast is just a croissant and juice—how pathetic. I would've expected a lovely welcome gift for all my troubles, but I guess I’m just ordinary here. oh, how I almost gave a good review, but alas, I just couldn’t.

Recommend it for couples
Had a great time hanging out on the lovely rooftop terrace, especially when the sun was setting over the ancient buildings, it just felt magical. Daniele went above and beyond, showing us local gems where we could dive into authentic Neapolitan dishes, made our tastebuds tingle.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, the quality made it feel acceptable.

10/10
The room was super fresh and overlooked an ancient church—how cool is that? The staff was chill, gave us great tips on where to eat. Plus, the whole area's got that gritty charm I love about Napoli. Definitely taking the stairs next time for the views!

The air conditioning worked consistently, effectively keeping the temperature manageable during warm nights. The apartment provided a unique experience with direct street-level access, adding a layer of intimacy to the stay.
The room stank of cigarette smoke, significantly affecting comfort. There isn't a proper view as advertised due to a lack of windows, and external noise permeates from the often-busy street. The bathroom had severe plumbing issues. flushing the toilet led to an overflow situation, a problem worsened by the depleting hot water supply, leaving showers lukewarm at best. Additionally, flies and gnats became an unnecessary nuisance, each arrival allowing them to infiltrate the space. Communication was tricky with limited staff availability, creating concerns in case of emergencies.

I stayed in a spacious Superior Junior Suite and loved the comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel had a lovely rooftop terrace perfect for enjoying the sunset and a cozy lounge area to unwind with friends. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 🌅

The room offered a serene atmosphere, with exceptional sound insulation ensuring a peaceful night's sleep away from city noise. The responsive communication through WhatsApp was appreciated, especially when needing local recommendations and assistance. However, the lack of on-site staff and limited breakfast options were minor inconveniences, and finding some extra amenities would enhance the experience even more.
